TESTIMONY ON RESOLUTION 308-12, November 09, 2012
I Marilyn Delacruz live in Papaikou on Mill Road. I have serious concerns
regarding Resolution 308-12. I do not want a public access on Mill Road
because:
We have children in the neighborhood who ride their bikes on the
road and play on the road since there are no sidewalks.
We have elderly that are walking along the road to do their exercise.
There are times that beach goers help themselves using our water to
rinse themselves.
Beachgoers who are parking along the road become a problem
for emergency vehicles which need fast, easy access down the road.
As a resident we want our safety and our security.
