Subject: Public Land Development Corporation Discussion
I request 45 minutes for a discussion regarding the Public Land Development Corporation
(PLDC). The scope of discussion would include issues concerning how and to what extent
Hawaii County laws and land use policies would be applied to PLDC proposed developments in
the County of Hawai`i.
Please place this matter on the appropriate January 8, 2013 Committee agenda.
