Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawai'i Revised Statutes, as amended, we
request an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the
County Council on an automobile accident claim occurring on or about October 27, 2012
submitted by USAA Insurance on behalf of William Beck.
We ask that this claim be put on the Council's February 6, 2013 agenda.
