RE: Attached Resolution
Pursuant to Section 1(e) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County
of Hawaii, this written approval is submitted in regard to Resolution No. 10-98 ,
that deals with the two halftime council aide positions in the Kona Council Office,
waiving said referral from the Committee on Finance in order that appropriate action can
be taken by the Council.
In reviewing the contents of the referral, it is deemed advisable that such a waiver be
granted.
