RE: CLAIM AGAINST THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`UUSAA Insurance for
Chan Lee Aiona
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawai`i Revised Statutes, as amended, we
request an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the
County Council on an automobile accident claim occurring on or about July 7, 2012,
submitted by USAA Insurance on behalf of Chan Lee Aiona.
We ask that this claim be put on the Council's February 6, 2013 agenda.
