Kenoi, dated December 18, 2012, requesting the Council’s review and favorable recommendation of above nomination. Recommends confirmation of the appointment of David De Luz, Jr. to the Fire Commission: Ayes: Committee Members Eoff, Ilagan, Kanuha, Kern, Onishi, Poindexter, Wille, Yoshimoto and Chair Ford – 9. Noes: None. Absent: None.
