Dear Chairman Yoshimoto and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to nominate Timothy R. DeLozier of Council District 1 to the County of
Hawaii Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Commission.
Ms. Hecht is a 10-year resident of Hawaii. He is currently the Branch Manager of
Sound Mortgage, Inc.
Mr. DeLozier is the founding member and previous chapter president and vice president
of Business Networking Intl (2005 — present). He has been a volunteer with the Penn
Youth Foundation, and a mentor, coach and program coordinator at Community
Partners for At-Risk Youth in Portland, Oregon. Mr. DeLozier states that he is not
affiliated with any political party. If confirmed, he will serve a term to end on December
31, 2017, replacing Terri Markovish whose term expired on December 31, 2012.
