Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Res.
No. 26-13 report as follows:
Resolution No. 26-13, transmitted by Assistant Corporation Counsel Katherine Garson via
Communication No. 45, dated December 20, 2012, accepts the dedication of a portion of road
lots 462, 463, 464, 465, 466 and drainage lot 469, being a portion of tax map key:
(3)2-4-008:014 (Por.), situate at Kukuau 1st, District of South Hilo, Island and County of
Hawaii, State of Hawaii, (Hilo Hillside Estates, Phase 1) from Moaniala Holdings, LLC.
Moaniala Holdings, LLC is desirous of granting the roadway lot, including all subdivision
improvements,to the County of Hawaii for roadway purposes (containing an area of
2.140 acres, 1.098 acres, 1.050 acres, 1.271 acres, 0.473 acre and 2.740 acres, more or less,
respectively).
There was no discussion on this.item.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and
intent of Resolution No. 26-13, and recommends its adoption.
