Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation,to which was referred Res.
No. 27-13, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 27-13, transmitted by Assistant Corporation Counsel Katherine Garson via
Communication No. 46, dated December 20, 2012, accepts a grant of easement and bill of sale
for drainage system for Hilo Hillside Estates, Phase 1, situate at Kukuau 1st, District of South
Hilo, Island and County of Hawaii, State of Hawai`i, (Hilo Hillside Estates, Phase 1) from
Moaniala Holdings, LLC.
Moaniala Holdings, LLC desires to grant the drainage system, which is found on the premises, as
described in Exhibit A attached to the resolution,to the County of Hawai`i.
There was no discussion on this item.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and
intent of Resolution No. 27-13, and recommends its adoption.
