Reduces the penalty for delinquent taxes from 10 to 5 percent for each year of such new delinquent taxes; and reduces the interest on delinquent taxes and penalties from one to one -half of one percent. Requires a specifically written covenant be incorporated into and recorded with the deed, to ensure the land or parcel remains under County ownership in perpetuity. Comm. 75: AUTHORIZES THE GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES STNDSTND (Res. 38-13) AT PUAPUA‘A 1 AND 2 AND HŌLUALOA 1 AND 2, DISTRICT OF NORTH KONA, COUNTY AND STATE OF HAWAI‘I, TAX MAP KEY: (3)7-6-0012:034 TO THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I From Senior Deputy Corporation Counsel Joseph K.
