On December 9, 2012,Ludivina Espejo And Her Daughter Cleselle Espejo Went Fishing At Kohanaiki(Pine Trees)In North Kona When Huge Surf Swept Cleselle Into The Ocean. She Lost Consciousness After A Few Minutes Of Trying To Stay Afloat.Her Mother Ludivina Tried To Save Her, But Found Herself Also In Distress Because Of Huge Waves That Tossed Her About. Without Hesitation, You Paddled Out To Cleselle Despite Very Rough Surf When You Saw Her Face Down On The Water. You Placed Her On Your Surfboard Where You Attempted To Perform CPR And You Had Difficulty Keeping Her On Because The Current Was So Strong. Another Surfer,Mr.Robert Mockchew,Swam Out To Give You A Hand When You Called For Assistance To Bring Cleselle Safely Back To Shore. Your Actions And Compassion Truly Restores Our Faith In The Human Race And You Are Commended For Your Quick Response To Saving Another Person's Life And Preventing Serious Injury In Unexpected Circumstances. You Carried Her Safely To Shore Where The Emergency Medical Technician Was Waiting To Attend To Her. Your Actions And Compassion Truly Restores Our Faith In The Human Race And You Are Commended For Your Quick Response To Saving Another Person's Life And Preventing Serious Injury In Unexpected Circumstances.
