The 35 mile per hour speed limit overlap on Palani Road from Hawaii Belt Road to Kuakini Highway. This proposed traffic code amendment will correct this overlap by establishing the 25 mile per hour speed limit from Kuakini Highway to Queen Kaahumanu Highway and the 35 mile per hour speed limit from Queen Kaahumanu Highway to Holualoa Road.
