Re: Resolution Accepting Donation
Enclosed is a resolution accepting a monetary donation of$250 from W.H. Shipman, 16-523
Kea'au-Pahoa Road, Kea'au, Hawai`i 96749. This money will be used by the Department of
Parks and Recreation to help pay for their Vulcan Baseball Clinic to be held on January 31, 2013
at the Kea'au Shipman Park. The event will be hosted by the Vulcan coaches, players and
Department of Parks and Recreation staff for the youth of Puna District and other participants.
The monies will be used to purchase snack items and paper goods.

and paper goods.
