Subject: An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 16 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005
Edition, as Amended) to Add a New Article Relating to Implementing
Sustainability Principles for the Long-Term Wellbeing of the County and its
Inhabitants
Attached is a bill to add a new article to Chapter 16 of the Hawai`i County Code, relating to
sustainability standards.
I am requesting this bill be placed on the appropriate agenda for the February 5, 2013,
Committee meetings.
