The certificate awardee is Chief Harry Kubojiri and the Hawaii County Police Department for being awarded accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (C.A.L.E.A.) for meeting all of the criteria in complying with nationally recognized standards in providing quality service to our community. Deputy Chief Ferreira will be in attendance along with other C.A.L.E.A. members to accept the certificate on behalf of Chief Harry Kubojiri and the Hawaii Police Department.
