SUBJECT: Resolution No. 41-13, Draft 2; A resolution urging the Legislature to
appropriate funds for the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation Primary
Care Training Program.
Attached is Resolution No. 41-13, as amended to Draft 2, which incorporates those
amendments contained in Communication No. 83.1 and duly approved by the Council on
January 23, 2013.
In approving this resolution the Council voted pursuant to Rule No. 18-1 to suspend Rule
No. 15(3), relating to reconsideration, and also Rule No. 24(1)(e), relating to floor
amendments, to allow for the immediate adoption and transmittal of this resolution.
