Re: Transmitting Resolution No. 318-12, Draft 2; Accepting a Grant of Easement
for Sewer Facilities Located at Keahuolu,North Kona
Pursuant to Council Rule No. 24(1)(f), I am transmitting Resolution No. 318-12, Draft 2.
Resolution No. 318-12 was amended by the contents of Communication No. 62.1, as duly
approved by the Council on January 9, 2013.
The Council suspended Council Rule No. 24(1)(e), which requires that substantively
amended legislation be held over until the next Council meeting, and adopted
Resolution No. 318-12, Draft 2.
