review and favorable recommendation of above nominations.
Recommends confirmation of the appointment of Bill Takaba to the Liquor
Commission:

Onishi, Wille, Yoshimoto, and Chair Ford – 8.
Noes: None.

Comm. 76: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 18-90 OF THE
(Bill 26) HAWAI‘I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO
SHARED-RIDE FARES
From Council Member Dennis “Fresh” Onishi, dated January 2, 2013. The bill would
allow the purchase of a single shared-ride program coupon from the Mass Transit
Agency.
Recommends passage of Bill 26 on first reading:
