Re: Withdrawal of Resolution 40-13, Regarding Conveyance of Property to Kohala Hospital
On January 8, 2013 we transmitted a resolution requesting authorization to convey a parcel of land
in North Kohala to the Kohala Hospital for use as an access road to their new emergency room.
At our request during the January 22nd Finance Committee meeting, the resolution was deferred
until the February 5, 2013 meeting. Subsequently, we have determined that additional information
needs to be obtained prior to moving forward with this action.
At this time we are requesting the resolution and related communication be withdrawn. We will be
submitting a new resolution after completion of any adjustments that may be required.
