SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 30,A Bill Amending Ordinance No. 12-87, As
Amended,Relating To Public Improvements And Financing Thereof For The
Fiscal Year July 1, 2012 To June 30, 2013.
Please find attached proposed amendments to Bill 30, which increases the appropriation from
$3,000,000 to $30,000,000. The proposed amendments are illustrated below in Ramseyer format
with respect to the contents of Bill No. 30 and bolded for emphasis (materials to be deleted is
bracketed and stricken through; materials to be added is underlined).
1. Section 1 is amended to read as follows:
PARKS AND RECREATION:
