Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication
No. 653, and attached Bill No. 203, reports as follows:
The purpose of Bill No. 203 is to amend Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 2, Section 24-
264, Schedule 12 (Stop intersections), Subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code
(1995 F,dition) by adding afour-way stop at the Pualani Street/Wikolia Street
intersection on all approaches.
Communication No. 653 is from Deputy Corporation Counsel Gerald Takase, dated
January 27, 2000, transmitting Bill No. 203 for the Council's review and consideration.
Your Committee is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 203, and
recommends that it pass first reading.
