SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment To Communication No. 67. 1, Condition K, of Bill No. 21
Relating to Change of Zone, Ordinance No. 07 -127
Please find proposed amendments to Communication No. 67. 1, Condition K of Bill No. 21 to
read as follows:
1. In the third sentence of the Condition K paragraph, insert the words "park site" after the
word "These."
2. After sentence number 4, insert sentence: "These 5 -acre park sites shall be selected with
the approval of the Parks and Recreation Director "
