RE: CLAIM AGAINST THE COUNTY OF HAWAII/minor Balga
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawai'i Revised Statutes, as amended, we
request an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the
County Council on a personal injury incident occurring on or about January 2, 2012
submitted by Robert Marx, Esq., on behalf of his minor client.
We ask that this claim be put on the Council's March 13, 2013 agenda.
