SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 38-13, Draft 2; Adopting a Resolution Authorizing
the Grant of Easement for Drainage Purposes at Puapua`a 1st and 2nd and
Holualoa 1st and 2nd, District of North Kona, County and State of Hawai`i, Tax
Map Key:(3)7-6-002:034 to the County of Hawai`i.
Please find attached Resolution No 38-13, Draft 2. Resolution No. 38-13 was amended by the
contents of Communication No. 75.1, as duly approved by the Council on February 6, 2013.
In approving this resolution the Council voted pursuant to Rule No. 18-1 to suspend
Rule No. 24(1)(e), relating to floor amendments, to allow for the immediate adoption of
Resolution No. 38-13, Draft 2.
