Kenoi, dated January 25, 2013, transmitting the above nominations for the Council’s review and favorable recommendation, pursuant to Hawai‘i County Charter Section 6-6.4. Recommends confirmation of the appointment of David Heaukulani to the Pension Board: Ayes: Committee Members Eoff, Ford, Ilagan, Kanuha, Onishi, Wille, Yoshimoto, and Chair Poindexter – 8. Noes: None. Absent: None. Excused: Committee Member Kern – 1. Recommends confirmation of the appointment of Irma Sumera to the Pension Board: Ayes: Committee Members Eoff, Ilagan, Kanuha, Kern, Onishi, Yoshimoto, and Chair Poindexter – 7. Noes: Committee Members Ford and Wille. Absent: None. Comm. 123: AUTHORIZES THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN (Res. 54-13) AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF HAWAI‘I, PURSUANT TO HRS 46-7, TO ACCEPT A REBATE FROM HAWAI‘I ENERGY; and Recommends adoption of Res. 54-13: Ayes: Committee Members Eoff, Ford, Ilagan, Kanuha, Kern, Onishi, Wille, Yoshimoto, and Chair Poindexter – 9. FC-5 Page 3 February 19, 2013 (Bill 35) AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 12-86, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2013 From Finance Director Nancy Crawford, dated January 30, 2013. Appropriates revenues of $35,000 in the Hawai‘i Energy Rebate - State account; and appropriates same to the LED Light Rebate Program account; these funds will be used towards future energy savings efforts by the Department of Public Works Traffic Division. Recommends passage of Bill 35 on first reading; Ayes: Committee Members Eoff, Ford, Ilagan, Kanuha, Kern, Onishi, Wille, Yoshimoto, and Chair Poindexter – 9. Noes: None. Absent: None.
