SUBJECT: Resolution No. 51-13, Draft 2; A Resolution Urging the National
Association of Counties to Support Increased Federal Funding for the
Community Development Block Grant Program
Attached is Resolution No. 51-13, as amended to Draft 2, which incorporates those
amendments contained in Communication No. 114.1 and duly approved by the Council
on February 20, 2013.
In approving this resolution, the Council voted pursuant to Rule No. 18(1)to suspend
Rule No. 15(3), relating to reconsideration, and also Rule No. 24(1)(e),relating to floor
amendments, to allow for the immediate adoption and transmittal of this resolution.
