SUBJECT: Resolution No. 61, Draft 2
Attached please find Resolution No. 61, Draft 2, which incorporates those amendments contained in
Communication 137.1 that were duly approved at the February 20, 2013, Council meeting.
Subsequent to amendment, the Council suspended its rules requiring holdover of substantively
amended legislation and adopted Resolution No. 61, Draft 2.
The Council also suspended its rule providing for a reconsideration period of five days.
Please transmit the attached resolution to all designated parties upon receipt.
