AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE GEOTHERMAL RELOCATION AND COMMUNITY
BENEFIT FUND OF ORDINANCE NO. 12-86, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2013.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 12-86, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the
following amount(s)to the fund(s)as set forth in Section 2.
