Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Resolution
No. 46-13 report as follows:
Resolution No. 46-13, transmitted by Assistant Corporation Counsel Katherine Garson via
Communication No. 100, dated January 17, 2013, accepts the dedication of road lot A
(increments 1 and 2)being a portion of tax map key(3) 2-4-065:61 & 004 (POR), situate at
Kupulau Heights, Waiakea Homesteads, second series Waiakea, District of South Hilo, Island of
Hawai`i, State of Hawai`i, from DePonte Brothers, LLC.
DePonte Brothers, LLC is desirous of dedicating the above roadway lot including all subdivision
improvements thereon, to the County of Hawai`i for the roadway purposes, and the
improvements have been inspected and approved by the County of Hawai`i Department of
Public Works, and received dedication approval from the Department of Water Supply, Planning
Department and the Department of Environmental Management.
There was no discussion on this item.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and
intent of Resolution No. 46-13, and recommends its adoption.
