SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 25, Draft 2, Relating to Agricultural Tourism
Please find attached Bill No. 25, Draft 2. Bill No. 25 was amended by the contents of
Communication No. 73.2, as further amended and duly approved by the Committee on Planning during
its February 19, 2013, meeting.
Communication No. 73.2 was amended by the Committee on Planning to remove the words
"and fifteen visitors per day" as appearing in the amendments to the definition for "Agricultural
tourism, minor" and in paragraph (3), subsection (d) of section 25-4-15.
Pursuant to Section 25-2-43 of the Hawai`i County Code, Bill No. 25, Draft 2, will be
transmitted to the Planning Director and Leeward and Windward Planning Commissions for their
comments and recommendations prior to action by the Council.
