SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 27, Draft 2; Relating to 35 MPH for a Portion of
Mamalahoa Highway
Please find attached Bill No. 27, Draft 2. Bill No. 27 was amended by the contents of
Communication No. 80.1, as duly approved by the Council on February 20, 2013.
Subsequent to amendment, the Council suspended Council Rule No. 24(1)(e), which requires
holdover of legislation amended at final reading, and voted to pass Bill No. 27, Draft 2, on
second and final reading.
