Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication No. 121, reports as
follows:
Communication No. 121, from Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated January 25, 2013 transmits the
nomination of Ms. Lily H.K.L. Dudoit to the Hawai`i County Cultural Resources Commission.
Ms. Dudoit is a lifelong resident of Hawai`i. She is employed by the Sheraton Kona Resort and
Spa as the Director of Cultural and Leisure Activities. Ms. Dudoit states that she is not affiliated
with any political party. She will serve a 2-year term, and is not required to appear before the
Council for final confirmation.
Your Committee on Planning is in accordance with the purpose and intent of Communication
No. 121, and recommends confirmation of the appointment of Ms. Lily H.K.L. Dudoit to the
Hawaii County Cultural Resources Commission.
