Kenoi, dated January 25, 2013 transmits the <br /> nomination of Ms. Nicole K. Lui to the Hawai`i County Cultural Resources Commission. <br /> Ms. Nicole K. Lui is a lifelong resident of Hawai`i. She is a cultural practitioner who has <br /> extensive experience with burials, and education in Hawaiian culture and traditions. Ms. Lui <br /> states that she is not affiliated with any political party. She will serve a 5-year term, and is not <br /> required to appear before the Council for final confirmation. <br /> Your Committee on Planning is in accordance with the purpose and intent of Communication <br /> No. 121, and recommends confirmation of the appointment of Ms. Nicole K.
