Kenoi, dated January 25, 2013 transmits the <br /> nomination of Ms. Barbara J. Meheula to the Hawai`i County Cultural Resources Commission. <br /> Ms. Meheula is a lifelong resident of Hawai`i. She is a retired recreation director. Ms. Meheula <br /> states that she is a member of the Democratic Party. She will serve a 4-year term, and is not <br /> required to appear before the Council for final confirmation. <br /> Your Committee on Planning is in accordance with the purpose and intent of Communication <br /> No. 121, and recommends confirmation of the appointment of Ms. Barbara J.
