Kenoi, dated January 25, 2013 transmits the <br /> nomination of Mr. Alapaki P. Nahale-a to the Hawai`i County Cultural Resources Commission. <br /> Mr. Nahale-a is a lifelong resident of Hawai`i. He is the Director of Community Programs at <br /> Kamehameha Schools. Mr. Nahale-a states that he is not affiliated with any political party. <br /> He will serve a 3-year term, and is not required to appear before the full Council for final <br /> confirmation. <br /> Your Committee on Planning is in accordance with the purpose and intent of Communication <br /> No. 121, and recommends confirmation of the appointment of Mr. Alapaki P.
