SUBJECT: Bill No. 20, Draft 2; REZ Hawaiian Riverbend, LLC
Please find attached Bill No. 20, Draft 2. Bill No. 20 was amended by the contents of Communication
No. 66.2, as verbally amended by the Council and then duly approved its meeting on February 20,
2013.
The Council divided the question and voted on the amendments in Communication No. 66.2 in the
following manner:
1. Item 1, amending Condition C: failed due to insufficient votes;
2. Item 2, amending Condition D: approved;
3. Item 3, amending Condition E: approved;
4. Item 4, amending Condition F: approved after further verbal amendment; and
5. Item 5, amending Condition H: approved after further verbal amendments.
Subsequent to amending, the Council suspended its rule requiring holdover of substantively amended
legislation and voted to pass Bill No. 20, Draft 2, on second and final reading.
