Post-audit, an independent audit of <br /> accounts and financial transactions of the County is conducted at least once annually by a <br /> certified public accountant or firm of certified public accounts, designated by the Council, who <br /> have no personal interest, direct or indirect, in the fiscal affairs of the County. <br /> Accuity LLP will be present at the Hawai'i County Council Finance Committee meeting on <br /> March 12, 2013, to answer any questions you may have.
