RE: Transmitting Resolution No. 64-13, Draft 2; Relating to Exemption from Certain
Code Requirements for Kumulani Gardens
Please find attached Resolution No. 64-13, Draft 2.
Resolution No. 64-13 was amended by the Council through verbal amendment by striking
"December 20, 2011" and inserting in its place "May 21, 2012," as appearing in the fourth
WHEREAS clause.
Resolution No. 64-13, as amended, was further amended by the contents of Communication No.
148.3, after the Council made a verbal amendment to Communication No. 148.3 to delete the
sentence that read: "Vehicular parking along the paved shoulders and drainage swales shall be
prohibited and appropriate signage pursuant to Chapter 24 of the Hawai`i County Code shall be
installed."
Pursuant to Council Rule No. 24(1)(e), Resolution No. 64-13, Draft 2, was held over due to
substantive amendment.
Please place Resolution No. 64-13, Draft 2, on the March 28, 2013, Council Agenda.
