concerning RESOLUTION 45- 13 presented by
Council Woman Margaret Wille urging the State of
Hawaii Legislature to repeal and make void the
Public Land Development Corporation . PLEASE
PASS THIS resolution 45- 13 TODAY.

We need to ac cert our HOME RULE IN THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII and keep THE VOICE OF THE
PEOPLE HEARD LOUD AND CLEAR, and tell the
State of Hawaii we do proceed with SELF
DETERMINATION AND PROTECTION OF
OUR EXTREMELY SENSITIVE AND VALUABLE
ENVIRONMENT AND LIFE STYLES HERE IN OUR
BEAUTIFUL HAWAII COUNTY ISLAND.
Before Act 55 developers had many lawful means
of developing land and resources negating "fast
tracking " . Act 55 takes away THE VOICE OF THE
PEOPLE, and also endangers the lives and property
of all of the PEOPLE OF HAWAII . (�
