January 25, 2013, requests review and favorable recommendation of the
nomination of Mr. David Heaukulani to the County of Hawai`i Pension Board.
Mr. Dan Cole submitted video testimony on Communication No. 118 for the Finance Committee
of February 19, 2013.

HEAUKULANI... to the Hawaii County Pension Board. Committee on
Finance. February 19, 2013
The attached 1.06GB Flash Drive video/audio recorded at the Pahoa Police
Station on 14 Feb. 2013 is direct evidence of the effect of David Heaukulani's
actions while acting as a sworn official sitting on the Hawaii County Board of
Ethics where he used his official sworn position to deprive a person,the people,
of their State and Federal Constitutional rights and freedoms to Petition the
Government in Redress of Grievance for the protection of a'RICO Enterprise
of corrupt County Officials and therefore emboldened the Hawaii County Police
to follow the instructions of Hawaii County Corp Counsel Lincoln Ashida,
under the authority of Mayor Kenoi to prevent any Police Complaints to be filed
that would expose organized Public Corruption and the existence and
membership of the local RICO Enterprise engaged in racketeering activities.
