SUBJECT: RE: Video Testimony for Resolution No. 53-13; February 19, 2013, GREDC
Mr. Dan Cole submitted video testimony on Communication 119 (Resolution No. 53-13) for the Governmental
Relations and Economic Development Committee of February 19, 2013.
The above-referenced Resolution urges the Mayor to address the conflict of interest in the Office of the
Corporation Counsel when the same attorney represents divergent interests of the executive and legislative
branches.
The video testimony is kept on file and is available for viewing. Please contact Council Services to arrange for
viewing.

TESTIMONY in Comment to Comm. 119: (Res. 53-13). Committee on
Government Relations & Economic Development. February 19,2013
Res. 53-13 is made moot by the 1.06GB of video/audio evidence contained on
this Flash Drive recorded at the P.ahoa Police Station on 14 February 2013.
The Hawaii County Police he instructions of Corp Counsel Ashida as
authorized by Hawaii County Mayor Kenoi deprived the people of their State
and Federal Constitutional Rights and Freedoms to Petition the Government in
Redress of Grievance in violations of United States Code 18 U.S.C.§ 241
Conspiracy against rights; 18 U.S.C. §242 Deprivation of rights under the color
of law; 18 U.S.C.§1584 Sales into involuntary servitude. Actions that protect a
RICO Enterprise of Corrupt Public Official, et. al., engaged in patterns and
'histories of racketeering activity in Hawaii County.
