The proposed bill establishes new payment methods for commercial haulers, and reduces the grace period before which a finance charge is implemented from 60 days to thirty 30 days for all overdue collections of solid waste fees. Postponed Bill 44 to April 8, 2013. Ayes: Committee Members Eoff, Ford, Ilagan, Kern, Onishi, Poindexter, Wille, Yoshimoto, and Chair Kanuha – 9. Noes: None. Absent: None.
