Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Bill No. 53
reports as follows:
Bill No. 53, transmitted by Public Works Director Warren H. Lee, via Communication No. 196
dated March 08, 2013, amends Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 2, Section 24-274.1, Schedule
22.1 (traffic signal systems), subsection(f), Kona, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005
Edition, as amended), by revising item (1) to read, "Ali`i Drive/Kaleiopapa Street."
The purpose of this measure is to correct the item by changing Kaleiopapa Road to the proper
designation of Kaleiopapa Street.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and
intent of Bill No. 53, and recommends its passage on first reading.
