SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No 90-13, Draft 2; Relating to a Sign Variance for Hawai`i Tire
Company, LLC
Please find attached Resolution No. 90-13, Draft 2. Resolution No. 90-13 was amended by the contents of
Communication No. 206.1 and further amended to change the phrase "a wall signs"to "four wall signs" in Item
1 in the BE IT RESOLVED clause on page 2. Both amendments were duly approved by the PWPRC
Committee on March 27, 2013.
Please place Resolution No. 90-13, Draft 2, on the April 9, 2013, Council agenda.
