The bill establishes new payment methods for commercial haulers, and reduces the grace period before which a finance charge is implemented from 60 days to thirty 30 days for all overdue collections of solid waste fees. Postponed: March 27, 2013 (Note: There is a pending motion to refer Bill 44 [Comm. 1811 to the Director of the Department of Environmental Management and the Environmental Commission for review and comment pursuant to Hawaii County Code Section 2 -207.)
