RE: Transmitting Resolution No. 64-13, Draft 3; Relating to Exemption from Certain
Code Requirements for Kumulani Gardens
Please find attached Resolution No. 64-13, Draft 3.
Resolution No. 64-13, Draft 2, was amended by the contents of Communication No. 148.6, as
duly approved by the Council on March 28, 2013.
The Council voted to suspend Council Rule No. 24(1)(e), which requires that substantively
amended legislation be held over to the next meeting of the Council, and subsequently adopted
Resolution No. 64-13, Draft 3.
