SUBJECT: An Amendment to Exhibit D of Resolution No. 97-13; a Resolution to Amend the
Rules of Procedure and Organization of the Council of the County of Hawai`i by
Amending Rule No. 9, Relating to Committee Reports
I would like to amend Exhibit D by changing the word "HEADER" to "TITLE" as follows:
"[HEADER] TITLE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE
NO. 12-87, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2012 TO JUNE 30, 2013."
