In lieu of pazking meter zones, time limit pazking zones will be established and noticed by posted signs. Ms. Leithead-Todd informs Your Committee that this measure will put into effect the current moratorium that is in existence. However, parking meters along the Federal Building and at the County Building will still need to be enforced. Your Committee was also informed by Council Member Leithead-Todd that the parking meters not requiring payment will not be removed due to the cost of removing the meter heads. Your Committee is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 277, and recommends that it pass first reading. la AYES NOES A&E EX Respectfully submitted YAGONG X ELARIONOFF x COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS & PARKS CHUNG X ~ JACOBSON X LEITHEAD-TODD X PISICCHIO X DOMINIC YAGO A SMITH X TYLER x PWPC REPORT NO.
