The proposed <br /> amendment is illustrated below by Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution <br /> No. 97-13, Draft 2; material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken through, material to be added <br /> is underscored. <br /> Exhibit A, as attached to Resolution No. 97-13, Draft 2, is amended by amending item (3) to <br /> read as follows: <br /> "3. The report shall contain the communication number and, when applicable, its respective <br /> bill or resolution number; the date and location of the meeting; the title of the bill, resolution, or <br /> communication; a [:- - - - - - . . . : brief summary on the matter; and the <br /> Committee vote by individual to move this matter forward to the Council with a positive or <br /> negative recommendation.
