Re: Operating Budget
The State of Hawaii Department of Health, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division is providing
$12,000 of additional funding to the Hawaii Police Department's program to conduct
enforcement operations to prohibit sales of alcohol to minors. They are also providing an
extension of time to conduct this program until May 31, 2014.
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating the
additional funds into the Hawaii Police Department's account for this program.

A. MODIFICATIONS
The following modifications are to be performed in accordance with all MOA contract
stipulations(specifications, delivery point,rate of delivery,period of performance,price,
quantity, or other provisions by mutual action of the parties to the MOA contract.
Effective May 31, 2013,the parties mutually agree to extend the performance period
from June 1, 2013 to May 31,2014. All other terms and conditions shall remain the
same.
B. MOA CONTRACTOR/PROVIDER'S QUOTATION
The modifications described in A,above,will be performed at a MOA contract
